The Worker Operations Team at Clipboard is hiring a WFM Central Service Level Coordinator. This is not a traditional monitoring role. You will operate as a forensic operator, serving as the central governance layer for live operations across multiple Lines of Business, partnering directly with leadership to preserve SLA and customer experience.Responsibilities
- Diagnose business impact, identify root causes, and prescribe levers to stabilize and optimize performance
- Own queue health, audit agent behaviors to eliminate hidden capacity loss, and translate operational data into clear direction for stakeholders
- Evolve operations into a standardized, fiscally sound control model while supporting a marketplace of 60,000+ healthcare professionals
