About the Role: Tech Ops Builder at Clipboard
Clipboard is seeking a dedicated Tech Ops Builder to lead the technical delivery of our AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem as we expand into broader business systems across the organization. This role is crucial as we operate within a $1.3B marketplace that processes hundreds of thousands of shifts annually.
As a Tech Ops Builder, you will be instrumental in building an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for our internal Operations. Our AI tooling is designed to automate core agent workflows, and you will own the technical build of this foundational operational tech. You'll begin with our Zendesk ecosystem and progressively expand into broader business systems, demonstrating impact along the way.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on building core systems from the ground up and are eager to replicate that success at scale. Requirements
- Proven experience building technical systems from scratch.

- Strong technical proficiency in operational tooling and business systems.
- Experience with or deep understanding of the Zendesk ecosystem.
- Capability to work remotely across U.S. locations, with an option for hybrid in Seattle.
