Overview
The Customer Experience Specialist role at Clipboard is part of the Worker Operations team. You will support a marketplace of over 60,000 healthcare professionals by addressing customer issues regarding payments, general inquiries, and app concerns. Reporting directly to Operations leadership, you will take ownership of resolving problems to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Role Details
This position is for experienced support professionals. It requires handling phone and chat inquiries, strong case study performance, and excellent communication skills. Shifts operate 24/7 with each shift including 5 days in a 7 day cycle. Saturday and Sunday availability is required to support peak times.
