Role Summary
Clio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team. This role is available in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or remote within the US. The Project Management Office (PMO) is integral to Clio’s Business Operations department, leading the company’s most strategic, complex, and cross-functional projects and programs. We are the reliable force ensuring projects run on time and contribute to business growth, acting as a key partner in implementing Clio’s long-term strategy.

What You'll Work On
- Lead end-to-end project management for Clio’s most complex cross-functional initiatives, including new product launches, global expansion, mergers & acquisitions, internal transformation, and strategic growth.
- Apply deep understanding of best practices in managing complex projects and programs, supported by required PMP certification or similar.
- Collaborate closely with functional leaders to develop execution plans aligned with Clio’s strategic vision and goals.
- Drive strategic alignment and decision-making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders, continuously validating assumptions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify dependencies, foster cross-functional communication, and actively remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks.
What You May Have
- An undergraduate degree in project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
- Project management certification (PMP essential), change management certification, and/or additional project management training.
- 4+ years of experience in project management or related disciplines within a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks, facilitating decision-making, and creating roadmaps/Gantt charts.
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and coaching individuals.
- A keen interest in leveraging AI to improve project management practices.

The expected salary range for this role is $102,000 to $138,000 CAD, with a typical hiring around the midpoint. Final offers depend on geographical region, experience, and skillset.
