Senior Project Manager

Role Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of ShareDo, managing projects of various sizes. You will have overall commercial accountability, manage resources across projects, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project finances, planning, risk, and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate resources and drive continuous improvement within client engagements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure successful hand-off to support while meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical details into best practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong process management, change management, and leadership qualities. You should have a keen interest in using AI to improve project delivery, a background in SaaS architectures, Agile methodologies, and excellent analytical skills to manage risks.
