Role Overview
The Senior Software Development Manager will join our Engineering team and is available to candidates across Canada and the US. If local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you are expected to be in office a minimum of twice per week on Anchor Days.
What You'll Work On
- Deep dive into technology and code alongside your teams.
- Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with engineering managers and individual contributors.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Design to execute the product roadmap.
- Work closely with Recruiting/People team to recruit top talent.
About You
You are an experienced engineering leader comfortable with coding, scaling services, and mentoring high-performing teams. You have a track record of managing agile organizations, crafting long-term strategies, and promoting diverse, positive culture.
