For our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Product & IT who has demonstrable sales experience in product- and IT-driven environments, as we see a clear opportunity to broaden our proposition towards product and IT organizations.
You know how to connect with product owners, product and engineering managers, and IT and digital leads and managers, and how to turn an initial conversation into a lasting partnership. You actively build new business by identifying opportunities, approaching prospects, and guiding the entire commercial process up to and including the deal. You work closely with expert consultants and strategists to position the right CRO solution. In this role, you have significant room to contribute ideas on positioning, messaging, and propositions.
What we offer
- Salary from €4,500 to €5,750 per month (based on 40 hours and dependent on your experience).

The function
- Actively approach product, IT, and digital managers within product- and IT-driven organizations.
- Develop new business.
- Conduct substantive sales conversations with product owners, product managers, IT managers, and digital leads together with our strategists.
- Translate complex issues into clear propositions and pitches.
- Pitch and sell CRO and optimization services (UX research, product discovery, UX design, etc.) to multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify opportunities in product, IT, and digital roadmaps where CRO adds value.
- Collaborate with consultants to develop propositions, cases, and quotes.
- Contribute ideas on how CRO can be integrated into product and IT processes.
- Build and leverage a relevant network within product & IT.
Who are you?
You are a commercial professional who truly understands the world of product and IT. You know how decisions are made within product teams and can bridge the gap between business, technology, and user experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Demonstrable experience selling services to product and/or IT teams.
- You understand how product owners, product managers, and IT teams work.
- You have experience with pitching and presenting propositions.
- You preferably already have a relevant network within product, IT, and/or digital organizations.
- You are independent, entrepreneurial, and think in opportunities.
- Experience within an agency, consultancy, or digital service bureau is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English (Working at LevelUp Group or one of its labels requires at least a Dutch professional working proficiency. Therefore, applicants who do not meet this criterion will not be considered).
