Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff AI Engineer - Multi-Agent Frameworks to join our AI Platform team. You will play a pivotal part in building a cutting-edge platform that empowers users to create and deploy sophisticated intelligent agents and enable collaborative multi-agent behaviors. This is a backend-focused role requiring deep expertise in AI, large language models, and orchestration software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a robust platform for AI agent creation and management.
  • Integrate multiple LLMs ensuring seamless orchestration and scalability.
  • Utilize frameworks such as LangGraph to build complex multi-agent workflows.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for testing AI agents in diverse scenarios.
  • Incorporate the latest AI research to enhance agent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Address AI privacy challenges by ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Improve and integrate search capabilities within the AI platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).
  • Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph or similar frameworks.
  • Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience with AI privacy scenarios including data anonymization and secure handling.
  • Knowledge of search technologies integration within AI systems.
  • Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Systems.

Salary and Benefits

ClickUp believes in transparency and fairness in compensation. The US salary range (OTE) for this position is $200,000 USD - $242,500 USD. Benefits include Equity, 401k, Health/Dental/Vision insurance, Spending accounts, Life & Disability coverage, Paid parental leave, Flexible paid time off, Enhanced employee assistance program, Employee wellness stipend, and a Professional development stipend.
