Role Overview: Analytics Engineer

The Analytics Engineer is responsible for building robust, reliable, and user-friendly data models to support decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect performant and reusable data models.
• Design and implement scalable SQL transformations and frameworks.
• Establish governance practices for data pipelines and models.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement data solutions.
• Work with data stacks like Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Metaplane, and Hex.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined experience in Analytics with 1+ year in Analytics Engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and data warehouse performance best practices.
• Experience with dbt, unit testing, data quality checks, and reusable components.
• Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Metaplane or equivalent data observability tool.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance work processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp's data stack.
