Job Description

We are looking for a Data Specialist, with passion and experience in data intelligence and strategic analysis. If you consider yourself a talented professional in transforming complex data into actionable insights and are interested in supporting business decisions with clear and reliable indicators, this is your chance! You will be part of the team responsible for connecting data intelligence to decision-makers, ensuring visibility into fundamental SaaS model metrics and consolidating the “single source of truth” for the indicators that drive the company's growth and sustainability, working collaboratively and remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Management of Business Indicators: Monitor the evolution of macro SaaS metrics (MRR, Churn Rate, CAC, LTV) and perform Unit Economics analyses (like cohorts) to understand financial health and retention.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate complex data into executive dashboards and ad hoc analyses that support strategic decisions.
• Bridge between Business and Analytics Engineering: Act as the focal point between Finance/Growth areas and the Analytics Engineering team, translating business needs into technical requirements and validating new data models.
• Guardian of Quality: Ensure the integrity and governance of corporate indicators, investigating atypical variations, identifying root causes, and suggesting technical adjustments whenever necessary.
• Support for Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Finance team in monthly reporting processes and in building forecasting models.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields, with an analytical focus.
• Advanced SQL for manipulating large data volumes and complex modeling.
• Solid experience with BI tools (QuickSuite, Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Previous experience with financial analysis or support for Financial Planning (FP&A) areas.
• Executive Communication: Ability to synthesize technical information for a non-technical audience (Board and C-level).
• Ability to decompose complex business problems into measurable variables.
• Knowledge in Python or R for automation and statistical analysis.

Advantageous:

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or Fintech companies.
• Experience with layered data modeling (dbt, Data Warehouse).
• Knowledge of Forecasting and predictive modeling techniques.
