Job Summary

As an Influencer Talent Agent, you will be responsible for exclusively representing a curated roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent. Your primary goal will be to proactively secure brand deals and maximize the earning potential for our influencers. Utilizing our in-house software and your expert negotiation skills, you will build strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically foster the career growth of influencers.

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Representation: Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them expand their audience and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, ensuring successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Relationship Building: Maintain consistent and clear communication with both influencers and brands to facilitate successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies in collaboration with our internal teams to broaden influencer reach, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Operate independently within a fully remote, flexible environment, taking full ownership of your success.

You’ll Thrive if You:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
• Possess a deep understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
• Excel at building relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities.
• Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Combine hustle with patience, capable of closing deals swiftly while nurturing long-term relationships.
• Are highly organized, proficient in data management, and skilled with Google Sheets.
• (Bonus: Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in sales-driven roles is a plus!)
