Job Summary: Influencer & Talent Agent
As an Influencer & Talent Agent at Clicks Talent, you will exclusively represent a dedicated roster of talent provided by our agency. Your primary objective will be to proactively secure brand deals and maximize the earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our proprietary in-house software and your own industry expertise, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships, negotiating lucrative contracts, and strategically guiding the career growth of our diverse influencer base.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Representation: Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content effectively.
- Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, ensuring successful and impactful campaigns for your talent roster.
- Relationship Building: Maintain consistent, proactive communication with both influencers and brands to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless collaborations.
- Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies in collaboration with our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement across platforms, and drive significant revenue growth.
- Autonomous & Flexible Work: Operate independently in a fully remote and flexible work environment, taking ownership of your success and performance.
You'll Thrive if You:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
- Possess a deep understanding of key social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
- Excel at relationship-building and demonstrate strong, effective negotiation skills.
- Are proactive, highly driven, and comfortable working autonomously to achieve targets.
- Combine a strong sense of hustle with strategic patience, capable of closing deals swiftly while nurturing long-term relationships.
- Are highly organized, proficient in data management, and skilled in using Google Sheets.(Bonus: Past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles is a plus!)
