Job Description
Your Mission
Ensure the best customer experience for those wanting to sell their car by providing phone-based advice on the advantages of doing so with Clicars.
Your Day-to-Day
- Receive and handle calls, ensuring Clicars' quality standards.
- Manage the client portfolio through a CRM.
- Address customer questions about the advantages we offer for vehicle purchases.
- Negotiate and defend the best possible price with clients.
- Request the necessary documentation to complete the purchase.
- Guide the client throughout the purchase process.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a promoter or in-store product salesperson.
- Call center experience is highly valued.
- Solid knowledge base in the automotive sector.
- Languages: English is a plus.
- Valid B driver's license.

Remuneration
- Competitive salary range: fixed salary + interesting variable, approximately €30-35K per year.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, rotating shifts 9:30 AM-6:30 PM and 11:30 AM-8:30 PM. Saturdays 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. Two Saturdays per month are worked.
