Team & Opportunity
In the Technical Onboarding team, you will be the primary technical guide for school administrators implementing Clever's essential paid offerings such as Identity Management (IDM) and Classroom Multi-Factor Authentication (CMFA). Your role bridges the gap between purchase and product value, ensuring that technology is integrated seamlessly in schools.

April 7, 2026 - October 16, 2026
How You'll Make an Impact
- Guide school administrators in configuring IDM and CMFA.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding journeys for paid offerings.
- Maintain service level expectations in a fast-paced, queue-based environment.
- Deliver expert, empathetic customer guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1+ years in technical and customer-facing roles, with the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, building trust through proactive communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in education or edtech, familiarity with IDM or MFA tools, and a collaborative approach to feedback and continuous improvement.
Salary Transparency
Compensation is $29 per hour for most regions and $32 per hour for candidates in NYC and San Francisco, CA.
