About the Role
Join the Cleveland Clinic team as an Administrative Program Coordinator II - IT Procure to Pay. Work alongside passionate caregivers to support one of the top hospitals in the nation. In this role, you will manage diverse projects, identify process improvements, and enhance departmental efficiency to support patient-first healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison and administrative, technical, and operational resource.
- Initiate or lead less complex projects and policy implementations.
- Coordinate communications, databases, budget summaries, and record key milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, manage invoice validations, and perform data entry.
- Support large projects and interdepartmental education programs.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree with three years experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with five years experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with one year experience along with strong computer skills and project management background. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, healthcare experience, and familiarity with Oracle, Ivalua or similar procurement systems.
Work Environment & Hours
This role is remote for candidates based out of Northeast Ohio, working Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is displayed as an hourly rate from $20.77 to $31.68, with actual compensation determined by experience and qualifications, plus a competitive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement.
Physical Requirements & PPE
- High dexterity for operating office equipment.
- Extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting may be required.
- Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
- Standard use of personal protective equipment as required.
