Job Details

Quality Control Data Analyst

This full-time role with benefits requires up to 10% travel. The candidate will analyze and label proprietary risk assessment data while maintaining established standards. Continuous training and mentorship are provided, leading to formal QC Testing and Certification.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and label risk assessment data.
  • Conduct daily QC reviews and support process improvements.
  • Document results, deviations, and observations accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior QC analysts and mentors.
  • Participate in QC Analyst basic certification training.
  • Perform independent risk determinations under time constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct data processing and adhere to QC SOPs.
  • Analyze complex datasets and conduct routine/non-routine evaluations.
  • Support process enhancements through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Investigate and report quality issues with root cause analysis.
  • Prepare for QC Analyst Certification Examination after training.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with desktop/laptop and MS Office.
  • Experience with computer-based data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and independent work ability.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • US citizenship and eligibility for US Government security clearance required.
  • Amenable to working shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
