We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations at our Flower Mound hospital, in partnership with our Corporate Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR leader who is passionate about supporting caregivers, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliant, people‑centered HR practices in a healthcare environment. The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership and staff, integrating company values into daily operations while delivering thoughtful, responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective HR guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, leaves of absence, and organizational change.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation for the hospital.
- Partner closely with department leaders to support employee counseling and workforce planning.
- Administer benefits, compensation, performance programs, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Manage workers’ compensation, FMLA and other leaves, and unemployment claims.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies, practices, and processes.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience and 2 years in an HR management role.
- Healthcare or hospital HR experience strongly preferred.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
