The Role: Recruitment Associate
As a Recruitment Associate, you will connect skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families in need. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, source talent from multiple platforms, and support background checks and compliance tasks to ensure every placement is ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
- Conduct phone screens and manage interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
- Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend workflow improvements.
- Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, including healthcare roles.
- Comfortable recruiting for both skilled and unskilled positions.
- Proactive, self-managed, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Skilled with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and compliance.
- Ability to work full time remotely with a reliable technical setup.
- Willing to work U.S. time zone schedule.
