The Role: Real Estate Administration & Maintenance Specialist

In this remote role, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, handling lease administration, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and tenant support. You will also contribute to marketing efforts by creating targeted social media content to attract new property management clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lease administration, including preparation, review, and sending lease agreements and addendums via DocuSign.
  • Monitor and track maintenance work orders, assign vendors, and follow up on progress.
  • Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors through various communication channels.
  • Organize and maintain HOA documents and files using Dropbox and other systems.
  • Create targeted social media content aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records across systems such as DocuSign, MLS, Zillow, CAR forms, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Implement efficient workflow methods including time-blocking for core tasks.

You are experienced in real estate support, lease administration, or property management, and you are adept at using tools like DocuSign, AppFolio, Dropbox, and Microsoft Suite. Self-managed and tech-savvy, you excel in a remote work environment and can juggle multiple tasks from coordinating maintenance to managing marketing efforts.
