About the Role
At ClearDesk, the Real Estate Administration & Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in supporting U.S.-based real estate teams. This remote position involves handling lease administration, maintenance coordination, vendor and tenant communications, and creative marketing efforts to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease administration including agreements, addendums, and extensions via DocuSign.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders, vendor assignments, and track progress.
- Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via email, phone, and text.
- Organize HOA documents using Dropbox and ensure timely communications.
- Create targeted social media content aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records across various platforms including MLS, Zillow, and Microsoft Suite.
