The Role: People Partner Fully Remote
You will:
- Source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles.
- Conduct phone screens and manage interviews using platforms like HelloHire.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and CareerPlug.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on needs and timelines.
- Maintain candidate records and support compliance tasks.
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend workflow improvements.
- Occasionally assist in recruiting administrative roles.
Your recruitment expertise directly impacts patient care by efficiently matching skilled professionals with healthcare organizations.
Who Will Thrive?
Ideal candidates have over 1 year of recruiting experience, have recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles, excel in candidate closing, and are proactive and highly organized. Familiarity with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. You must also be comfortable with a US time zone schedule and have a reliable remote technical setup.
