About the Role

The Case Analyst II at ClearanceJobs works fully remotely to support case analysis and data reconciliation from the health insurance exchange. This role is responsible for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving unique cases for consumers and issuers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and reconcile data from multiple proprietary sources.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for case remediation.
  • Utilize data analysis for research, case management, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with consumers via a cloud-based telephony solution.
  • Contribute to workflow investigations and process improvements.
  • Work independently in a secure home environment.
  • Triage, adjudicate, and escalate cases when required.
  • Work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday.

Training and Bonuses

Includes a two-week instructor-led virtual training and one-week job shadow. Bonuses are awarded after 30 days and at the end of the assignment for continued good standing.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with defined processes and data analysis.
  • US citizenship or authorized work eligibility and residency requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
