Job Description
LLM Engineer
Clear Fracture is seeking an LLM Engineer to help develop next-generation agentic products revolutionizing data integration. The role focuses on creating and refining dynamic control mechanisms for agent and multi-agent systems in data pipeline planning and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Suggest solutions using search, machine learning, and data science methods.
- Decompose AI problems into code-ready pieces and develop prototypes.
- Create design specifications, data models, and test plans.
- Train models and validate knowledge graphs in distributed environments.
- Integrate models into operational systems with prompt engineering and multi-agent coordination.
- Review and document software functionality and performance benchmarks.
- Educate team members via demonstrations and tutorials.
- Conduct trade studies and analyze existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years in a science or engineering field.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with Java, Python, and SQL.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret Clearance.
- Expertise in retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with data integration platforms and machine learning libraries.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and foundation model operations.
Preferences
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with Spark, Elasticsearch, Containers, Kubernetes, and cloud processing.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Kibana.
