The Opportunity
Cleanaway APS is Australia’s leading Plastic Recovery Facility provider. As the Planning and Purchasing Coordinator, based in St Marys, NSW, you will use our MRP system to schedule and plan production requirements while collaborating with production, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Forecasting and analyzing demand to determine material requirements
- Developing and maintaining weekly and daily production schedules
- Raising production orders for stock-on-hand items
- Generating inventory reports for control and cycle counting
- Purchasing packaging, components, pallets, and consumables
- Maintaining production status, controls, and MRP modules
- Monitoring external warehouses and arranging stock transfers
About You
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations. You should have proven experience in production scheduling, a relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail with working knowledge of MRP systems.
