Introduction
Clean Harbors in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. The role focuses on equipment operation, operational efficiencies and timely documentation.
Daily Operations
- Coordinate schedules and assignments with management.
- Conduct morning check-ins and dispatch crews on time.
- Review and complete daily paperwork.
Project & Client Management
- Oversee crews of 5–10 employees.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs alongside account managers and clients.
- Prepare quotes and ensure timely delivery.
- Collect and review end-of-day field paperwork.
Emergency Response (ER)
- Participate in on-call rotation for spill and chemical responses.
- Manage incidents involving oil-based fluids.
- Ensure safety protocols and environmental compliance.
Paperwork & Compliance
- Complete and manage project-related documentation including waste profiles, change orders, vendor purchase orders, and safety documents.
