Role Overview

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of 10-12 Field Account Executives and Managers to drive ClassPass partner growth across California. You will fuel partner acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention by empowering your team with strategy, coaching, and effective sales tools.

  • Travel approximately 25% regionally to support major deals.
  • Be the regional expert in fitness and wellness markets.
  • Participate in sales conversations and guide negotiations.
  • Champion data utilization through Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading SMB and Mid-Market sales teams, preferably in SaaS.
  • 2+ years as a top-performing individual in B2B sales.
  • Proven negotiation skills and team leadership capability.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Deep knowledge or strong interest in the fitness and wellness landscape.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% regionally and meet partners in person.

Compensation and Pay Transparency

ClassPass offers competitive, transparent wages with a base salary between $80,200 to $100,300, along with performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
