Job Description

Role Overview:

Classic Hub is seeking a smart, tech-savvy Business Development Executive with experience in selling CRM, SaaS, or software automation products to join our growth team as a Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, focusing on advertising retainers, CRM implementation, and automation services for healthcare and other service-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and pitch ClassicHub’s agency services and Autostreams CRM to potential clients, specifically within healthcare, education, and various service industries.
  • Lead outbound and inbound sales initiatives utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, targeted email outreach, engaging webinars, and industry events.
  • Deeply understand client pain points related to marketing, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management, then strategically position our CRM + marketing ecosystem as the optimal solution.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, media buying, and automation specialists, to develop compelling pitch decks and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Execute timely follow-ups with qualified leads, successfully close deals, and facilitate client onboarding processes in conjunction with the strategy team.
  • Maintain diligent use of CRM systems (e.g., Autostreams) to accurately track pipeline progress, call logs, conversion rates, and valuable client feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience specifically in CRM, SaaS, or MarTech product selling.
  • Comfortable and proficient in selling to CXOs, marketing professionals, or founders, particularly within hospitals, educational institutions, or B2B service sectors.
  • Strong foundational understanding of sales funnels, automation workflows, and core advertising concepts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency is preferred).
  • Proficiency with essential sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Autostreams, GoHighLevel, or other similar platforms.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience working directly within or in partnership with an advertising agency.
  • A professional background in healthcare, ed-tech, or service business domains.
  • Understanding of various automation tools, including WhatsApp bots, email drip campaigns, or advanced lead nurturing flows.
  • Prior exposure to pitching both retainer services and software subscriptions effectively.
