Senior Accounting Recruiter at Cobalt Service Partners

Cobalt Service Partners is seeking a Senior Accounting Recruiter to join their growing People team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in executive-level search and wants to help shape the foundation of a rapidly evolving organization. You will lead efforts to identify and hire Controllers and accounting leaders who will drive success across our partner businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates.
  • Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, from intake to offer negotiation.
  • Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive or specialized recruiting (accounting, finance, or leadership roles).
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of recruiting pipelines.

  • Experience recruiting for private equity-backed companies or high-growth organizations.
  • Exposure to trades, industrial services, or field operations industries.
