Senior Accounting Recruiter at Cobalt Service Partners
Cobalt Service Partners is seeking a Senior Accounting Recruiter to join their growing People team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in executive-level search and wants to help shape the foundation of a rapidly evolving organization. You will lead efforts to identify and hire Controllers and accounting leaders who will drive success across our partner businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates.
- Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders.
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, from intake to offer negotiation.
- Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive or specialized recruiting (accounting, finance, or leadership roles).
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of recruiting pipelines.
