Role Overview

The VP Health Analytic Solutions is responsible for the development, management, and execution of vertical solutions strategies for employer, broker, point solution, and payor segments. This client facing role drives growth, leverages healthcare delivery expertise, and oversees advisory and software services while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic advisory services organization.
• Direct business advisory functions and manage internal teams.
• Implement reporting standards and analytics modeling strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain cost containment.
• Collaborate across disciplines and mentor staff.

Job Scope

This role impacts service quality, data initiatives, and financial/operational plans, with significant exposure overseeing a multifaceted team and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, payer operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and techno-functional skills.
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in relevant areas (or equivalent experience).
