Job Summary

This is a temporary remote position lasting 60 to 120 days. A training class is provided during the first week with hours from 8:00 to 4:30 pm CT. Post training, you may determine your own schedule between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm CT.

Duties

  • Intake and case creation in all applicable systems.
  • Perform timely data entry and claims adjustments.
  • Conduct customer outreach to gather necessary claim details.
  • Research systems to identify required data to complete cases.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold Claritev’s core competencies and values.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate is $17.00. This position offers health insurance and 401k benefits.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Efficient keyboard use and quick software navigation.
  • High speed internet and quiet work environment.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Additional Information

This role is classified as High-Risk due to PHI exposure. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Applications are accepted for a minimum of 5 calendar days from the posting.
