Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy by synthesizing customer, sales, and engineering insights.
- Own product operations including documentation, rollout coordination, and data analysis.
- Run weekly leadership meetings to track commitments and decisions.
- Scale recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Support fundraising with investor updates and board materials.
- Manage operational infrastructure and vendor relationships.
- Navigate healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Execute varied company initiatives from conferences to special projects.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-5 years of operational or product experience at top-tier consulting firms, investment banks, VCs, or high-growth startups. Exceptional clarity, meticulous attention to detail, low ego with high output, and self-directed problem solving are essential.
