Overview

Clario is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation clinical trial solutions. This role delivers innovative, data-driven products that improve patient outcomes and accelerate research.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Product Line Leaders to align roadmaps with product vision and timelines.
  • Monitor market dynamics and new technologies to inform strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year release roadmaps, initiatives, and epics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define system architecture and user experience.
  • Lead business architecture and validate MVPs and requirements with stakeholders.
  • Represent the product team in stakeholder meetings and client interactions.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to individual contributors.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical trials.
  • Strong technical acumen to bridge business and R&D teams.
  • Full product lifecycle experience from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with UX/UI teams and managing regulatory requirements like FDA 510(k) and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Proven customer engagement, leadership skills, and decision-making abilities.
