About the Role

The Technical Product Manager at Clario is responsible for leading the development of next-generation clinical trial solutions. You will deliver innovative, data-driven products to improve patient outcomes and accelerate research.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to align roadmaps.
  • Monitor market dynamics, new technologies, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year release roadmaps, balancing priorities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system architecture and UX/UI.
  • Lead business architecture, validating MVPs and business requirements.
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation with Product Owners.
  • Represent the product team in stakeholder and client meetings.
  • Possibly provide leadership and coaching to individual contributors.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical trials.
  • Strong technical acumen to bridge business and R&D teams.
  • Full product lifecycle experience from concept to launch.
  • Experience with UX/UI collaboration, business workflows, and release readiness.
  • Proven customer engagement and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience and influence across organizational levels.
  • Experience in respiratory data capture, clinical technology, or medical devices.
  • FDA 510(k) submission and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance knowledge required.
  • Familiarity with CE Marking and global regulatory frameworks a plus.
