About the Position
The Implementation Associate at Clarify Health Solutions will support the delivery of multiple, complex SaaS implementations and professional service engagements. You will engage with provider and payer customers, delivering impactful projects by collaborating across sales, product, data science, engineering, and development teams. Your role will include facilitating customer meetings, conducting training and workshops, and driving change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of complex SaaS implementations and engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Clarify's platform
- Engage and train customers to maximize satisfaction and NPS
- Build strong relationships with current and future customers
- Identify project risks and propose effective solutions
What We Are Looking For
Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, IT implementation, or consulting. Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably SQL is important. A detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable attitude is key, especially in high-pressure and fast-changing environments.
