Overview

The Field Claims Adjuster at Claim Assist Solutions (subsidiary: Allcat Claims Service, LLC) supports the Field Supervisor staff focusing on completing required field and Xactimate training as well as obtaining necessary licensing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Extensive travel for on-site training at deployed events.
  • Evolves into an inventory control role managing a volume of claims.
  • Conducts field inspections and compiles final reports.
  • Works independently and collaboratively.
  • Completes follow up tasks and maintains thorough knowledge of building nomenclature.
  • Supports workload surges and catastrophe events.
  • Reports and resolves issues, complaints, and escalations.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment.
  • Insurance Adjuster's license (training provided if needed).
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as respond to change.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Prior property claims review/adjusting experience.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with XactAnalysis and Xactimate.
  • Active adjuster’s license.
  • Prior military experience.
  • Familiarity with estimating platforms.

Schedule

Seven days a week when deployed; Monday to Friday when working locally.

Supplemental Pay

Bonus pay and CAT pay when deployed.
