About the role
Graphic Designer – Web Designer – Media Manager – Support for associative and citizen dynamics
CDI contract – 40h/week. Incomplete or simplified applications will not be considered.
Missions
Within the team, the recruited person will have a transversal role, combining creation, communication, and support for associative and citizen dynamics:
- Graphic Creation and Visual Identity
Conception and production of communication materials (print and digital): posters, flyers, social media visuals, etc.
Development and monitoring of the visual identity of the association and its projects.
Adaptation of materials to different audiences by embracing the stakes of the projects. - Web Design and Digital Tools
Conception, updating, and improvement of the website.
Optimization of user experience (UX/UI).
Integration of multimedia content (visuals, audio, video).
Translation of associative content into accessible, readable, and engaging formats. - Media Management and Digital Communication
Management of social networks and editorial planning.
Animation of online communities.
Valorization of associative initiatives and partners.
Monitoring and analysis of content performance.
Development of visibility strategies. - Content Creation
Writing content for the Association's materials (especially the magazine Faire Société ensemble).
Conducting interviews (associative actors, partners, audiences, etc.).
Participation in the editorial line and storytelling of projects.
Embracing social, citizen, and intercultural themes.
Ability to make sometimes complex content accessible. - Associative Work and Collective Dynamics
Collaboration with numerous partner associations.
Gathering communication needs from associative actors.
Support and occasional assistance in associative life (communication, advice, valorization, structuring).
Contribution to the promotion of projects and initiatives.
Participation in collective dynamics and transversal projects.
Contribution to the organization of events or public actions.
Profile Sought
- Training or significant experience in graphic design, design, digital communication, or a similar field.
- Mastery of graphic creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Skills in web design (WordPress, UX/UI, basic web integration knowledge).
- Experience in social media management and content strategy.
- Sensitivity to the associative sector and collaboration with diverse audiences.
