Primary Responsibilities

As a Tax and Audit Intern at CLA in Pittsburgh, PA, you will:

  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
  • Perform audit, review, compilation, and assurance services.
  • Gain exposure to procedures, workpapers, and systems.
  • Support multiple client engagements on time and within budget.
  • Expand industry knowledge via peer interaction, client exposure, and formal training.
  • Conduct research and special projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. They must be on track to meet CPA exam eligibility per state requirements, possess a general knowledge of accounting principles, be eager to learn new technologies, and be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites are required.
