Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Temporary Coordinator Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transport-related services
- Coordinate and oversee building services, security, maintenance, and cleaning matters with building managers and contractors
- Assist with reception duties as well as events and meetings support
- Identify and report defects in the office environment, fixtures, fittings, and equipment for rectification
- Update office phone directories
- Review invoices, verify accuracy, and arrange payments
- Obtain quotations and prepare procurement applications
- Arrange regular disposal of obsolete items
- Provide administrative support, including filing, updating records, consolidating information, and compiling returns
- Supervise and evaluate contractor performance
- Assist with office coordination and logistics
- Provide back-up support for team members
- Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- At least one year’s relevant experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and email system
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
