Job Description
Administration Officer
CL Technical Services Limited is seeking a diligent and experienced Administration Officer to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient workplace. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workplace.
- Provide reception duties, including answering and referring telephone inquiries, and welcoming visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
- Identify and report any issues related to facilities, equipment, cleaning, security, or building services, and coordinate with contractors and building management as required.
- Support office and equipment maintenance, as well as cleaning services.
- Arrange for the dispatch of incoming mails or documents received at the reception counter.
- Monitor and evaluate contractor performance.
- Verify invoice details and assist in arranging payments.
- Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotations and preparing procurement applications.
- Provide administrative support for events and meetings.
- Perform documentation duties such as filing and data entry.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in administrative duties.
- Extensive experience in reception and office maintenance.
- Mature, responsible, and reliable.
- Strong service orientation and proven service delivery skills, with a high level of responsiveness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
- Willing to work during non-office hours when required.
