What YouE28099ll be Doing

The Marketing Assistant supports marketing and underwriting activities to drive company growth and maintain exceptional client service.

Marketing Support

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials and targeted email campaigns.
  • Travel to retail agencies to understand and assist with their needs.
  • Maintain and leverage CRM systems to manage prospects and track interactions.
  • Monitor sales and campaign performance and provide insights for growth.
  • Support client events, trade shows, and webinars planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across channels.

Underwriting Support

  • Collaborate with the Underwriting team to ensure complete documentation submissions.
  • Review submissions for accuracy and resolve gaps before review.
  • Input and update data within quoting and underwriting platforms.
  • Act as liaison among brokers, clients, and underwriters.
  • Maintain organized digital files and records according to company standards.
  • Track submission and quote progress, providing status updates.
  • Assist in process improvements for enhanced underwriting productivity.
  • Help in underwriting review of files and assembling quotes.
