Financial IT Business Team Lead
Job Introduction
The Financial Business Organization is a newly established public/financial business unit in '24, responsible for controlling CJ OliveNetworks' external financial business. We are seeking a Business Team Lead to drive mid-to-long-term company growth through external financial business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Business Strategy Planning/Execution: Develop GTM (Go to Market) strategies for the financial business based on the company's capabilities and direction. Establish mid-to-long-term (26-28) business direction and roadmaps. Plan and execute strategic tasks across the financial business, including workforce planning. Drive solution discovery and enhance company capabilities in preparation for AI commercialization services.
- Financial Business Discovery and Commercialization: Identify new clients and projects, focusing on financial institution channels, and drive commercialization. Discover and commercialize converged IT infrastructure projects in response to changes in financial institution network separation policies. Identify opportunities in financial institution ITO (IT Outsourcing) and perform project proposal, management, and cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in Financial IT sales/business development.
- Understanding of project management, software development methodologies, and consulting methodologies.
- Understanding of new technologies (e.g., AI) in the financial industry.
- Client management and communication skills.
- Analytical skills based on consulting methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 3 years of project execution experience in the Financial IT field (experience in both sales and execution is preferred).
- Experience in discovering large-scale projects and managing large-scale projects is preferred.
- Business-level English proficiency is a plus.
Additional Information
- Work Location: CJ OliveNetworks Headquarters (near Seoul Station, Yongsan-gu, Seoul)
- Recruitment Process: Document Screening > 1st Interview > 2nd Interview > Reference Check, Offer Negotiation, CJAT (Personality Test) > Medical Examination > Final Offer.
Specific schedules will be individually notified to successful candidates. Some stages may be added or omitted based on the results of each stage. If additional competency verification is deemed necessary after the 2nd interview, a contract-based employment offer may be discussed during the offer negotiation phase.
