About the role
Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies from a product marketing perspective. This role involves managing performance, setting marketing KPIs, measuring quantitative and qualitative results, and optimizing marketing resources. You will drive strategy improvements and performance expansion through marketing efficiency analysis and enhance marketing strategies based on internal data. Additionally, you will derive marketing insights through market and competitive environment analysis.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C brand, digital, promotion marketing, or strategy roles.
- Experience in related industries such as FMCG or retail is preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of B2C business and the Beauty & Health market environment.
- Logical thinking skills for data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to identify market, competitive environment, and trend insights.
- Proficiency in using marketing performance analysis tools.
