The Opportunity for a Global Technical Program Manager
As a Global Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our software development process, owning operational aspects and driving projects from conception to completion. This role is crucial for aligning stakeholders and optimizing processes to meet dynamic business and market demands.
- Build the flywheel among stakeholders to align against schedules, priorities, budgets, and resources.
- Be the integral part of the software development process by owning the operational aspects.
- Act as the help center to identify projects' roadblocks, challenges, and possibilities.
- Work hard towards expertise on security, privacy, and compliance for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Continue optimizing processes to accommodate business requirements and market changes.
- Publish periodic project status reports to provide the holistic view over the health and the progress of the project.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional software development experiences.
- Experiences of working with multiple engineering teams.
- Possession of excellent communication skills in both verbal and written methods.
- Good understanding of modern software development methodologies and lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce services (checkout/order/payment/shipment) operations.
- Experience in multi-language and multi-region services operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experiences of working with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product development, and leadership.
- 2+ years of working experiences in software related fields including product management, product design, operations, data analysis, quality assurance, and customer success.
- 2+ years of technical program management experiences.
