About the Role

Civitta is recruiting for a temporary IT Service Analyst Endpoint Management for the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will implement Microsoft endpoint management and security features using MS Intune and MS Defender.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Microsoft endpoint management and security features.
  • Conduct analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation tasks.
  • Collaborate in a multi-vendor environment with EMA colleagues and external partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

University degree (minimum 3 years of study) and up to 3 years of relevant IT experience. Experience with MS Intune and MS Defender platforms, endpoint management (laptops, smartphones), provisioning, security, and common IT tools including MS Office and teleworking tools is required. Proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential.

  • Salary between 4,812.17 and 6,970.17 euro gross per month
