The HR Business Partner at CivicPlus provides strategic HR leadership, advice, consultation, and coaching to business leaders, focusing on talent management, people & culture programs, employee relations, and engagement. You will work closely with HR Generalists to ensure effective support for the business.

What You’ll Do
- Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to drive talent planning and employee development, manage key roles and retention, and improve HR programs based on feedback.
- HR Functional Leadership: Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, lead HR projects, and contribute to process improvements.
- General HR Responsibilities: Analyze HR data for actionable insights, facilitate new manager onboarding, drive departmental initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Other Qualifications Include
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in dynamic settings.
- Strong knowledge of US benefits and compensation management.
- Understanding of employment regulations and compliance.
- HRCI or SHRM Certification highly preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
Estimated Salary Grade Range: $70,300 - $101,300 based on skills, qualifications, and experience (40-hour work week). Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, Flexible Time Off, 401(k) plan, and more.
Our Hiring Process
The process includes an introductory call with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the Hiring Manager, a panel interview with CivicPlus team members (including an interview project activity), and an offer. Note that the process may vary slightly.

CivicPlus is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. This position will remain open until August 27, 2025, and is reviewed on a rolling basis.
