Role Overview: Software Engineer (4GL) - Health & Care

This role is for an experienced Informix/4GL Developer in our Health & Care team. You will support a mature portfolio of products focused on improving patient outcomes and driving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the IBM Informix/4GL environment.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Fisheye.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure high quality and performance.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of Informix/4GL development experience.
  • Experience working with SQL, Informix or Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix/Windows command and scripting skills.
  • Good communication skills with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
