Role Overview: PIA Analyst

The PIA Analyst plays a key role in monitoring compliance and efficiency in using the Openreach PIA product. The role involves delivering actionable insights and reporting that support operational teams, identify trends, and drive improvements through collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on PIA compliance and efficiency using multiple data systems.
• Produce executive-level insights and recommendations in line with contractual obligations.
• Ensure data integrity and quality, investigating anomalies using standard frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and financial controls.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure, FTTP passive networks and the Openreach PIA product.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
