Property Accountant (H/F)
As a Property Accountant within our agency, you will be responsible for the accounting of a client portfolio in co-ownership.
As a true link to the property manager, your missions will consist of:
- Preparing quarterly provision calls
- Ensuring payment of service providers
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Organizing building account closures
- Monitoring unpaid and litigation files
- Welcoming and informing clients on accounting matters
