Junior Property Manager
Join the property management team and gradually take charge of managing a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, convene, and hold syndic councils and general assemblies.
- Establish provisional budgets for managed properties.
- Ensure the implementation of General Assembly decisions.
- Regularly visit co-ownership properties.
- Respond to co-owners' various requests.
- Liaise with service providers and monitor projects.
- Ensure collection of charges and outstanding debts.
- Manage claims and incidents.
- Oversee legal proceedings.
