Role Summary

This role provides expert political advice and guidance on intergovernmental and agency governance matters, developing priority strategies and fostering effective relationships with various government levels, agencies, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute intergovernmental and agency strategies.
  • Advise senior leadership and coordinate policy agendas.
  • Negotiate bi-lateral and tri-lateral agreements.
  • Create and implement governance frameworks aligning with City objectives.
  • Oversee agency relationships and manage sensitive issues.
  • Lead corporate initiatives and manage the annual budget.

Qualifications
